At cuci918, every loyal player is valued. Our VIP program is designed to give dedicated players genuine recognition — with personalised privileges, exclusive bonuses, and premium treatment you won't find anywhere else.
Every tier brings greater privileges. Level up by increasing your playing activity
Every ringgit you deposit is counted cumulatively throughout your membership. The more you play, the faster you climb to higher VIP tiers.
More than just gaming — the cuci918 VIP program delivers a truly different experience
Cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday — no manual claims needed. The higher your VIP tier, the greater your cashback percentage, up to 15% for Diamond members.
Gold members and above are assigned a dedicated personal account manager available to assist you directly — from account inquiries and withdrawal issues to any special requests. Reach your manager through the exclusive VIP channel.
Each VIP tier unlocks a higher daily withdrawal limit. cuci918 Diamond members can withdraw with no maximum cap — you deserve to enjoy your wins in full.
Cuci918 never forgets your special days. VIP members automatically receive an exclusive birthday bonus — from RM30 for Bronze members to over RM2,000 for Diamond members, with no application needed.
Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy priority processing for all financial transactions. Your withdrawals are processed ahead of and faster than standard members.
Gold VIP members and above receive exclusive invitations to special slot tournaments, bingo competitions, and cuci918 events not open to the general public. Attractive prizes await every participant.

Many Malaysian players who have tried various online gaming platforms know the feeling — you get a "VIP" label, but the actual treatment and perks barely change. cuci918 takes a very different approach.
The cuci918 VIP program is built on a simple principle: every ringgit you invest on this platform deserves a worthy reward in return. Our system operates transparently and automatically — you do not need to apply or wait for manual approval to enjoy VIP perks. Once you reach the set deposit threshold, your VIP status upgrades automatically and all new privileges become available to you instantly.
Beyond the standard VIP tiers, cuci918 also runs a rewards points system that lets you accumulate points with every wager placed. These points can be redeemed for playing credits, cash bonuses, or used to enter exclusive monthly prize draws. This means every gaming session delivers real added value — not just entertainment.
The cuci918 VIP account manager is more than someone who answers questions — they are your gaming partner who understands your habits and preferences. They will proactively reach out when promotions match your playing style, making sure you never miss a valuable opportunity.
For Diamond members, the VIP manager service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. You can reach your manager through a dedicated communication channel provided once you achieve Diamond tier.
Since VIP accounts typically hold larger balances, cuci918 pays special attention to VIP account security. Additional encryption layers, mandatory two-factor authentication, and real-time account activity monitoring ensure your VIP account is fully protected at all times.
For more details on the VIP program's terms and conditions, please read the Terms and Conditions cuci918.
Important Note: Your cuci918 VIP tier is maintained as long as you keep up the minimum monthly playing activity. Stay active to ensure your VIP status does not drop. For full details, refer to FAQ page ours.
